This Policy explains how Easy Life sp. z o.o. processes personal data when you visit the informational website at easylifepoland.com (the "Website") or contact us using the details published on it. It does not govern any application or product published by us. Those services have their own privacy information made available with the relevant product.

2. Data processed when you visit the Website

The Website does not require an account and does not intentionally use advertising or behavioural analytics. When your browser requests the Website, the hosting and security infrastructure necessarily processes technical information such as your IP address, request date and time, requested address, response status, browser and device information, referrer and security events.

We process this information to deliver the Website, maintain its availability, diagnose faults and protect it against abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable corporate website, under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

3. Data processed when you contact us

If you contact us by email or post, we process the information you provide, such as your name, contact details, message, attachments and correspondence metadata.
